Rob Heyvaert, Founder and Managing Partner of Motive Partners, a leading private equity firm, hired The Wright Fit to collaborate with D+DS Architecture and Owner’s Representative Gardner & Theobold to create a cutting-edge fitness center for their New York headquarters located at 7 World Trade Center.

Our team met with stakeholders and key employees to identify specific needs and desires ensuring it catered to the firm’s workforce and user profile. The project included equipment layout and specifications, resilient flooring recommendations, FF&E selection, millwork design and peer review, and locker room planning.

We procured all fitness equipment and managed the logistical delivery and installation process. The seamless coordination between client and all design team members resulted in a sophisticated, user-centric fitness center.
