  • Comprehensive oversight of all fitness center functions including equipment maintenance and testing, spot cleaning throughout the day, scheduled deep cleaning for hygiene standards, A/V management (music, monitors, environmental settings), racking weights and daily equipment wipe-downs, and inventory tracking for towels, water, and supplies. We ensure peak performance, pristine presentation, and member safety at all times.

  • Full aquatic facility oversight including daily water clarity, cleanliness, and presentation monitoring, DOH compliance and certified chemical testing, maintenance coordination for pumps and filters, annual draining and deep cleaning for prevention, aquatic safety protocol enforcement for staff and guests, and surface care (restore, preserve, resolve). Pools and spas are tremendous assets that require tremendous responsibility—we ensure enjoyment, safety, and protection of your investment.

  • Curated, clean, and community-focused management of all lifestyle amenities including hospitality-first check-ins and waiver verification, appointment coordination for personal services, real-time issue resolution and feedback collection, budgeting and facility-level financial management, vendor coordination and amenity-specific supply oversight, and liability management with safety protocol enforcement and compliance tracking. Every space is managed with precision and care.

  • Executive-level involvement from our NYC-based leadership team ensures consistency, agility, and alignment with ownership objectives. Regular site visits, on-site audits, and surprise inspections maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
