DLF, the largest developer in India, hired Jay Wright to join a team of six of the most celebrated design professionals from across the world to create what has been hailed as the most ingenious bi-level social wellness space created anywhere in the world (ELLE Décor magazine).

Spanning 160,000 square feet, Jay and his team were tasked with space planning, design and equipment procurement for the 13,000 sq ft fitness center to compliment a 30,000 sq ft spa by GOCO Hospitality. 

TWF collaborated with The Rockwell Group on interior design and partnered with Isometrix Lighting + Design to create a progressive, award-winning facility focused on functional and performance-based training.

The project received multiple prestigious honors, including:

• The International Architecture Award 2022, in the Multi-Family Housing category, presented by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, in collaboration with The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies

• Gold Award in the Residential Interior Design category from the London Design Awards, recognizing its sophisticated living spaces and overall design excellence.
